Your LBC profile stores your personal information, preferences, and account settings. Keeping it up to date ensures organizations can reach you and your browsing experience is tailored to your needs.
Click your profile icon or name in the top-right corner of any page, then select Settings from the dropdown menu. The settings page has several tabs covering different aspects of your account.
From the Profile tab in Settings, you can update:
Your full name is displayed to organizations when you submit adoption applications or send messages. Click the edit icon next to your name to update it.
To change your email address:
Your old email address will still work for login until you verify the new one.
A profile photo helps organizations recognize you during meet-and-greets and adoption events.
For best results, use a clear headshot where your face is visible.
Adding a phone number is optional but recommended — organizations may need to contact you by phone for time-sensitive matters like adoption approvals.
